For my French Revolution project, I need a Windmill form Vendée. I had a square russian/ukranian one but the ones in Vendée are tall round tower-like buildings.
I used a old rum (from french carribean Guadeloupe) cardboard case that is about 4"/10cm in diameter.
I cut the case in order to have a 6" / 15cm tower and I cut the carboard for the door.
I add a textured plasticard with stones for the lower part and a protection around the door. I also add a small window on the first floor.
I cut a round piked roof in hardpaper card.
Then I add the wings (from my russian windmill) which paper with wooden skewers.
Finally I texture the wall with plaster and I added shingles on the roof
