Here is an after action report of a feudal skirmish during the 13th century. The scenario is part of a siege related campaign opposing the count of Auvergne and the king of France’s forces, Guy de Dampierre, Lord of Bourbon and Lambert Cadoc a mercenary captain. In this scenario, the besieged party of Auvergne attacks at dawn to burn the war machines of the french besiegers.
The count of Auvergne and his men-at-arms are ready to attack.

The Auvergne serjeants throw a flaming torch on a trebuchet.
The men-at-arms of Bourbon try to react to protect the machines.
But a second trebuchet is set on fire. The servants desperately try to remove the torch
The french knights and serjeants attack the Auvergne’s men-at-arms.
More torches reached their goal, two trebuchets are burning.
The men-at-arms did not manage to protect the scorpio neither.
